# Failure Intelligence

> The analytics layer that identifies why and where Generative AI products fail to deliver value, from the employees' perspective.

Use **Failure Intelligence** to measure the **failure rate of employee AI tasks** and understand where employees fail to get the result they expected.

Nebuly looks beyond technical errors. A task can be classified as a failure even when the model returned a valid response, if the employee did not successfully complete what they were trying to do. Failure detection uses signals from user behavior, feedback, and the AI's responses.
