Nebuly is available in two deployment options from day one. The choice typically depends on your data sensitivity, regulatory environment, and the speed at which you want to deliver value.

Nebuly Cloud (SaaS)

Nebuly’s hosted SaaS platform is optimized for fast-moving teams that want to get to insights without managing infrastructure.
  • Time to value: Get user intelligence on your AI in minutes, with no infrastructure setup required.
  • Hosting: Nebuly is hosted on Microsoft Azure.
  • Updates: Continuously delivered. New features and AI models are rolled out automatically.
  • Identity and access: Integrates with your existing SSO and RBAC frameworks to control who can view sensitive AI usage data.

Nebuly Self-Hosted

For regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, telecom) and large enterprises, Nebuly can be self-hosted so that conversational data never leaves your environment.
  • Hosting targets: Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, or on-premises as Kubernetes deployments (see the self-hosting overview).
  • Data residency: All conversational logs and user interaction data remain inside your premises. By design, conversation data never leaves your network.
  • Compliance by design: Designed to meet regional data-residency requirements. Configurable to align with internal compliance standards.
  • Identity and access: Integrates with your existing SSO and RBAC frameworks to control who can view sensitive AI usage data.

Data retention

By default, Nebuly does not delete data. This enables long-term, time-series analysis. Workspace admins can configure use-case-specific retention periods. At the end of the chosen retention period, user data is deleted.

Choosing the right option

  • Choose SaaS if you want to minimize infrastructure management in-house, while keeping your data in a GDPR, SOC 2 compliant and ISO cerrified platform.
  • Choose Self-Hosted if you operate in a regulated industry, your data must remain in your environment or you have specific security protocols to enforce.
