Nebuly Self-Hosted
For regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, telecom) and large enterprises, Nebuly can be self-hosted so that conversational data never leaves your environment.- Hosting targets: Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, or on-premises as Kubernetes deployments (see the self-hosting overview).

Data retention
By default, Nebuly does not delete data. This enables long-term, time-series analysis. Workspace admins can configure use-case-specific retention periods. At the end of the chosen retention period, user data is deleted.Choosing the right option
- Choose SaaS if you want to minimize infrastructure management in-house, while keeping your data in a GDPR, SOC 2 compliant and ISO cerrified platform.
- Choose Self-Hosted if you operate in a regulated industry, your data must remain in your environment or you have specific security protocols to enforce.
