This section covers who can access Nebuly and what they can do once they’re in. Authentication determines how users sign in (and how services authenticate when sending data), while permissions and roles determine what each user can see and change.

Who manages what

In most deployments:
  • Workspace admins invite members, assign roles, and manage each member’s project access from Settings → Members.
  • For self-hosted deployments, admins also configure SSO and the initial admin user at the infrastructure level.
