Sharing

Nebuly makes it easy to share reports with colleagues and external stakeholders. Click Share in the top-right corner of any report to generate a secure shareable link. You can choose whether recipients have view-only or edit access, configure an expiration date, and ensure the report remains scoped to the selected project and filters. This allows you to share AI insights without requiring recipients to sign in to Nebuly. Learn more in Sharing reports.

Programmatic access

Reports and charts can also be accessed programmatically through the Nebuly MCP Server, allowing AI assistants to query your analytics, create reports, and update charts automatically. Learn more in Nebuly MCP Server.

Processing Status

The Processing status indicator, located on the right side of the top bar, shows the current state of Nebuly’s data processing pipeline. It lets you know whether newly ingested interactions have been fully processed or if analysis is still in progress. Nebuly continuously processes newly ingested interactions to generate enrichments such as topics, sentiment, intents, business risks, and other AI-powered insights. The status indicator lets you know whether processing has completed or if there is still data waiting to be analyzed. Possible statuses include:
  • Completed – All recently ingested data has been processed and is available throughout the platform.
  • Processing – New interactions are currently being analyzed. Some insights or analytics may not yet reflect the latest data.
  • Pending – Data has been received and is waiting to be processed.
When processing is not yet complete, the indicator may display an estimate of the remaining work. These values should be considered approximate and are intended to provide a general indication of progress rather than an exact count.
