Users

The Users page provides a user-centric view of your AI application. Each row represents a unique user, aggregating all of their interactions and conversations into a single record. Use this page to identify your most active users, investigate individual user behavior, and understand engagement patterns across your application.

User fields

By default, the table includes the following fields:

• User: the unique user identifier.
• Interactions: the total number of interactions associated with the user.
• AI cost: the cumulative AI cost generated by the user’s interactions.

Additional fields can be displayed by customizing the table.

View user details

Select View details to open the user details panel. The panel provides a complete overview of the selected user, including all conversations and interactions associated with them, together with aggregated metrics and user-level properties. This makes it easy to understand a user’s behavior, investigate issues, and review their complete history without leaving the page.

Filter and time range

Use Filter, and the time range selector to narrow the users shown in the table. For details, see Filters & Time Range.

Export CSV

Use Export CSV to download the users currently displayed in the table. The exported file includes all users that match your current filters, search query, time range, and table configuration. If you’ve customized the visible columns, those columns are reflected in the exported CSV. Exporting is useful for sharing user data with stakeholders, performing offline analysis, or importing the data into external tools such as spreadsheets or BI platforms.
